Flower varieties used in your bouquet may vary slightly according to season and availability. We will match the flower varieties as close as possible.
All customer details are kept strictly confidential. Your credit card details are collected and sent securely via secure HTTPS protocol (SSL) to our payment provider eWay. Our entire Website is HTTPS (SSL) secure.

Deliveries

We have a standard delivery charge of $10 for delivery to the residential areas listed below. This delivery cost will be automatically calculated and shown in the shopping cart. Some of the areas below also cover “Rural Areas” that are well beyond the normal residential area and as a result incurs an additional delivery fee by our Flower Couriers of $8 on top of the standard $10 fee. If you know that the delivery is to be made to a Rural address, please select this rural option in the shopping cart. If you are unsure if your delivery is to a rural area, please call or email us to check. We deliver to the following areas: -

• Postcode 3110 - Central Tauranga including Bellevue, Bethlehem, Brookfield, Judea, Matapihi, Matua, Otumoetai and Tauriko. 
• Postcode 3112 - Tauranga South including Gate Pa, Greerton, The Lakes, Hairini, Maungatapu, Parkvale, Poike, Pyes Pa, Welcome Bay.
• Postcode 3116 - Mount Maunganui.
• Postcode 3116 - Omokoroa, Omokoroa Beach (3154), 
• Postcode 3176 -Te Puna
• Postcode 3129 - Katikati
• Postcode 3118 - Papamoa

For Same Day Deliveries please place by 1pm weekdays and 11am for Saturdays. There are No Rural Deliveries on Saturdays, this includes Omokoroa and KatiKati. Sundays - No deliveries, except Mothers Day.

If a recipient is not at home, we will always endeavour to find a safe place to leave the flowers. If we are unable to locate the recipients address due to incorrect address given, we will charge a second delivery fee if we have to make a second trip. We reserve the right to make the delivery the next day if it is late in the day or some distance from our store.

Registration and Your Privacy

Bethlehem Floral Studio requires you to give contact information such as your name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number before you complete a purchase through our on-line store. The information you provide is only used as a record of your purchase and should you return to our on-line store in the future, it will save you from re-entering your personal details again. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties, nor will we use your contact information for any other purpose other than what it was originally intended.

Refund Policy

We always ensure to deliver fresh flowers however if you are unhappy please, report to us within 24 hours of delivery.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or if the goods were damaged after delivery by our Flower Courier.

What is a Vox?

A Vox doubles as a vase and is both recyclable and biodegradable. It is ideal for recipients in hospitals or in rest home care. Flowers placed in a Vox will live longer due to reduced dehydration.

Other reasons to add a Vox with your order –

1. The bouquet flowers live longer as water stays fresher longer and there is less bacterial growth.
2. The Vox is safe to handle, unlike glass containers; it will not shatter or break.
3. A bouquet in a Vox is easy to pick up and carry.
4. If the recipient's preference is to place the bouquet in their favourite vase, the Vox can be easily discarded.
5. There is no urgent need for the recipient of your gift to re-cut the stems of the bouquet.
6. No unwanted container with the recyclable and biodegradable Vox.
